For founders
For founders who meet more people than they can keep track of
Meishio keeps the people you meet correct and current, so the right name is there when you need an introduction.
The problem
Your network is in your phone, and it is out of date
Investors, customers and partners change roles and companies. Your address book keeps the old title, the old email and a number saved without a country code.
Cleaning it by hand never makes the list, and a CRM is more than you need to remember who someone is.
How Meishio helps
Three steps
Bring everyone in
Scan new cards and import Google Contacts, iPhone or Outlook. Meishio picks out the business contacts from the personal ones.
Keep them current
Meishio Search checks public sources for new roles and companies and shows you the before and after, with the source, to accept or ignore.
See the network
Browse people by company and on the Network map, and write the updated details back to Google Contacts.
What stays private
- Your contacts are private to your account; other users cannot see them.
- Meishio Search sends only a contact's name, company, title, city and email domain to its search provider.
- Nothing on a contact changes until you accept it.
Questions
Is Meishio a CRM?
No. It keeps your contacts correct and current in the address book you already use. It has notes and follow-ups, but no sales pipeline to maintain.
Will it message my contacts?
No. Meishio has no way to send messages. Follow-ups open as drafts in your own apps.
Can my team share contacts?
Not yet. Accounts are personal today; company desks are coming next. Tell us about your team on the For companies page.
